Over 300 purchasers have received assistance from Square Yards’ asset management arm , an integrated real estate platform, in recouping Rs 100 crore of invested monies via developer lawsuits, the business claimed.
Square Yards said in a statement on November 7 that the launch of legal services under PropsAMC was a response to the worries of homebuyers dealing with legal complexities and disputes with real estate developers, in addition to multiple property tax disputes and lessee disputes among the property owners.
Tanuj Shori, the founder and CEO of Square Yards, stated, “With over 300 cases resolved and Rs 100 crore recovered, our dedication to protecting their interests remains resolute.”
